The Classes

From what level can I book classes?

Conversation classes by telephone are recommended for intermediate levels and video call are recommended for beginners levels.

What do I need for the lessons?

All you need is a telephone and a willingness to listen and talk!

It is highly recommended that you are in a quiet place with good coverage.

How long are the lessons?

Each lesson goes on for 25 minutes.

You will learn to improve your fluency without headaches.

Can I book the lessons in advanced?

Yes of course. Yo can book your classes 24h in advance

Can I book various lessons at the same time?

Yes, you can plan your lessons as you wish on a monthly basis by choosing the number of sessions according to the number of lessons in your package.

If I have an unforeseen event, can I cancel the lesson?

Of course, you can cancel the lesson 5 minutes before it starts at no cost.

Just go to the booking page and cancel it.

What happens if I don't cancel the lesson in time?

The teacher will call you three times but if he/she does not contact you, after 10 minutes you will receive an email confirming that he/she has not reached you.

In the case of the video call, if you fail to connect, the teacher will call you 3 times following the same procedure as with the phone call.

Don’t worry, you don’t miss the class. You can reschedule when it suits you during that month.

What if I don´t have time to book all the lessons included in my monthly package?

Sorry, unused classes cannot be accumulated for the following month. However, we are here to help you. Don’t hesitate to contact us and we find a solution that suits your needs.

Subscription

Do you offer a monthly subscription?

Once you subscribe you are giving us authorization to automatically charge your bank for the monthly fee.

It will be charged on the same day of the month in which you have subscribed.

For example, if you subscribe on July 16th we will automatically charge you again on August 16th, and then on September 16th, and so on every month until you decide to cancel the subscription.

Once you request your cancellation we will not charge you any more fees.

Can I cancel at any time?

Of course, you can cancel whenever you want, without having to commit to a minimum number of months of subscription.

We only want you to stay if you are motivated, improving, learning and achieving your goals, and you can always cancel and stop paying your subscription whenever you want.

Can I cancel my subscription once I achieve my goals?

Of course. If you want to cancel your subscription you can do it at any time and you will no longer pay the next monthly fee. 

To do this you must access your account and request the cancellation of the classes with a minimum of 48 hours before we charge you the next installment.

This will give us time to cancel the payment order before you are charged.

Remember that you are automatically charged each month on the same day you signed up. For example, if you signed up on July 16th, you must cancel before the 14th of that month.

How can I pay the subscription?

You can pay by credit card through a secure gateway. Sign up now and cancel whenever you want.
